MSHA has had the authority to enforce the new Part 46 training regulation since October 2, 2000.
All our locations should be prepared for their inspection, but as a guide to how they will be handling the training review we are providing you with a checklist that each inspector will be using. You can use this guide to insure that each applicable location is ready.
