Jonathan Walls, a civil engineering major at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, anticipates graduating in May 2000.  A member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity, he enjoys the challenges of construction projects and problem solving.

"For the past three summers I worked in engineering-related jobs," he says.  "I worked for Indiana Department of Transportation as an engineering assistant, for engineering companies as a site coordinator/project manager, and for the Rogers Group as an asphalt technician.  I think the aspect that I am most interested in is project management/site coordination.   I like to plan events and I like being in charge.  I also like having to deal with challenges as they arise in an everyday setting."
