Rocky Road Chocolate Bars
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels (6 oz. pkg)
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cup miniature marshmallows
4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup confectioners sugar
Microwave chocolate and milk on high for one minute. Stir. Microwave one more minute and stir until smooth. Mix nuts, marshmallows, crumbs and sugar in a large bowl. Pour chocolate over crumb mixture; mix until all crumbs are moistened. Press mixture in an even layer in a 9 x 9 square pan that you've sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Chill until firm. Makes 2 dozen bars.
