Lois Nance is Working with the Families First Program

Lois Nance began her career in the crushed stone business as a loader operator with M.C. West in 1980. Lois worked at the Lewisburg Quarry, which is near her hometown. In 1983, Rogers Group purchased the assets of M.C. West, Lois was working as a scale operator for M.C. West at that time. She now serves as our local credit representative and Office Clerk III.

Over the years, Lois has provided Rogers Group's customers with outstanding customer service and is known for her attention to detail and willingness to take ownership when situations arise. Being a "can do" person, Lois frequently goes the extra mile. "Every day I just try to treat our customers like I would like to be treated," says Lois.

Lois cares about the community she lives in and is actively involved in Families First. Our parade entries have been award winners from her efforts.

In a few short years, she has proven that hard work and a smiling face can take one as far as they want to go.
