Rogers Group Gallatin quarry
working with teachers from Gallatin and Hendersonville helped to conduct a Science Camp
for local students.
While at the quarry, the students participate in a "dig" for fossils in the limestone rock. After they mine for fossils, we helped to cool them off with our water truck. Everyone has alot of fun. At Science Camp, students learn about rocks, go to Mammoth Cave and have other field trips. Rogers Group has been working with the program for four years. |
