Recently, Gallatin (TN) resident Billie Wilson (pictured left) presented Mid-Central Division VP Rick Turner a special certificate of appreciation for Rogers Group’s participation in the clean-up from the area’s early-February tornadoes. As a part of Mrs. Wilson’s efforts to help coordinate tornado relief through her church, Hartsville Pike Church of Christ, she also sent the note below from the church’s Pulpit Minister, Doyle Farris.
To Rogers Group:
The Hartsville Pike Church of Christ was designated as a Disaster Relief Center by the Red Cross and the Sumner County Emergency Management Agency. We assisted families with housing, clothing, property cleanup, household furnishings, and meals for victims and volunteers. It was only through the grace of God and the generosity of many in the community like Rogers Group that we were able to serve our fellow man. We appreciate your donations to this end.
