Since 1995 Rogers Group, Inc. and Bon De
Croft School, in White County, Tennessee have been partners in education. Rogers Group
salutes Principal Sue Carmichael for her many accomplishments, too numerous to list in
their entirety, but to name a few: * Mentor to new principal's in the Sparta, Tennessee area. * 1998 Principal of the Year - Tennessee Elementary Schools. * Federal Programs "Distinguished Educator." * Was Principal to three other teachers who won the White County Elementary Teacher of the year for three consecutive years. * Introduced several successful fund raising activities for the school.
We could go on and on. But in essence Mrs. Carmichael inspires the best in people. Rogers
