Garrett and Ronnie Asher of Ridge Commercial Realty , along with Cowperwood of New York, recently opened a new golf course community and development in Oak Ridge called Park Meade. Visitors of Park Meade will enjoy Oak Ridge's hometown ambiance and yet be only a short drive from all Knoxville's conveniences. The development features a 18-hole, championship golf course.
Rogers Group working in co-operation with Ridge Commercial Realty and the Asher's had the opportunity to pave the roads leading to the golf course and the actual cart paths on the course. "Rogers Group took a very involved and hands-on approach on this project," owner Ronnie Asher said, "they made several suggestions for subtle improvements. We felt they cared about the project as much as we did."
