On September 18 and 19, employees from Bullitt County Stone lent a welcome hand to set up the annual Hillview Fall Festival and Bike Rally. The City of Hillview hosts the festival that features games, crafts, activities for kids, live music, hayrides and more. An auction is also part of the activities. Donated bicycles are auctioned off to festival attendees, and the proceeds are donated to the local police department’s “Operation Santa.”
Employees assisting with the setup this year included Jason Webster, Mark Andriot, Kenny Embry, Bobby Montgomery, Doug Renaker, Dwight Tipton and Ronnie Arnold. These employees worked hard both days for a total of 52 hours. This included assembling the stage, working on the sound system for the bands, putting together the booths for activities and vendors and setting up the bicycles collected for the auction.
