Rogers Block & Wall Now Open in Martinsville

Rogers' new block and wall facility in Martinsville, IN hosted local officials, neighbors, customers and other friends yesterday at their "block party" dedication and open house. About 80 invited guests, including Mayor Shannon Buskirk, city, county, and state officials, neighbors and customers attended the event celebrating the opening of the new facility.

The festivities began with David Phillips, Sam Rapczak, Phil Smith, Bruce Starkey and Mayor Buskirk speaking abou tthe importance of this new facility and how it represents Rogers' commitment to growth, community and teamwork. Mayor Buskirk praised Rogers becoming a bigger part of Martinsville's business community, and accepted donations from Bruce Starkey for the local senior citizens center and YMCA. Dave Phillips and Mayor Buskirk unveiled a dedication stone marking the occasion of the opening, and then visitors took tours of the plant in operation.

The successful open house took a great deal of preparation, and congratulations go to the entire block & wall team for their hard work in getting ready for and hosting such a well-run event.
