Asphalt Plants Manager
Huntsville, AL
- Directing production methods/controls, maintenance and related operations.
- Ensuring facilities have resources and support to achieve production objectives.
- Ability to manage all aspects of 3 asphalt plants.
- Evaluating existing operations for improvement opportunities in planning, processing, equipment utilization, cost reduction, etc.
- Assisting Area Manager with planning, and budgeting.
- An uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
- Strong knowledge of asphalt production equipment, processes, and DOT Requirements.
- Proven track record of production efficiency and cost reduction through improved mix designs.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or 3-5 years of managing multiple asphalt plants.
Superintendent
Oak Ridge, TN
- Proven track record of supervising all aspects of quarry operations, labor and achieving production efficiency.
- Proficient in planning; production, mine planning, controlling cost, improving processes and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability in identifying, communicating and implementing “Best Operating Practices” for operations, quality, maintenance, and safety excellence.
- An uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
- Skilled in evaluating existing operations for improvement opportunities in mine planning, processing, equipment utilization, cost reduction, etc.
- Ability to develop strong leadership at the lead person and foreman levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Mining or related discipline, with 3-5 years direct experience in managing a large quarry.
Assistant Manager of Construction
Hopkinsville, KY
- Proven track record of building asphalt paved roads, DOT work preferred.
- Talented in interacting with managing customers, equipment, and processes related to all aspects of asphalt construction.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple jobs and multiple crews, including P & L responsibility.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of direct experience in base and pave operations.
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
