NSA Safety Achievement awards are given to operations recording the greatest number of man-hours and years without lost-time accidents. It is with great pleasure that I announce that Owen Valley, Sieboldt, Knox County, Greene County, and Morgan County are each recipients of this year's awards.
Together, these five locations represent seventy-six years of lost-time, injury-free work. Greene County holds second place among all the operations in the United States with an impressive thirty-four year safety record.
Supervisors Craig Huffine, Danny Powell, Butch Garrett, Donnie Campbell and Dana Boyd have all demonstrated their leadership in making safety the highest priority at their locations. Many safety-conscious, hourly employees have contributed to these excellent safety records. Other individuals have contributed to these records as well.
Congratulations and our thanks to all team members.
